A Rapidwall plant can be designed to include up to six casting tables. Installation of peripheral equipment may include a Rapidcure dryer, for curing the panels and the Rapidsaw, for processing whole panels into specific applications.

The key to manufacturing Rapidwall in your country is having a readily available and reliable source gypsum or high quality gypsum plaster.

If high quality gypsum plaster is not available you will need to produce your own using a Rapidflow calciner.

The Rapidflow calciner can produce high quality plaster from either natural gypsum or chemical gypsum obtained as a by-product of either the fertiliser industry (phospho gypsum) or from the desulphurisation of coal during the production of electricity, from a coal fired power station (flue-gas gypsum).

With a source of gypsum or plaster available, manufacturing Rapidwall or Rapidflow plasters in your own country can bring both social and financial rewards.

3. The cost of the gypsum or gypsum plaster delivered to the proposed plant site?
4. The likely cost of civil works to build the plant at a proposed manufacturing site?
5. The cost, availability and quality of:
   a. Fuel - the different types available in your country (e.g. natural gas, oil, coal)?
   b. Electricity?
   c. Labour?
   d. Transport?
   e. Custom and excise charges and the like?

   g. Engineering services for plant construction and the like?
6. An estimate of the total volume of Rapidwall panels and or Rapidflow plaster that could be sold?
